My group and I went on a jungle night tour with Oscar and we had a blast! We had a few with a biology/ecology background in the group and the rest of us without, but Oscar had no trouble relating information about the environment and creatures in a way that engaged everyone. Catering to those curious for more in depth technical knowledge, and those just looking for a fun activity. Oscar is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about this environment and sharing his knowledge with others. We will absolutely be looking up Oscar for another adventure when we’re back in Costa Rica! Highly recommend!

Manuel Antonio National Park
We went on a Manuel Antonio guided tour with Oscar during our trip to Costa Rica in August 2024 and had an absolutely incredible time. We really enjoyed Oscar’s knowledge and his keen skills at finding all sorts of animals we otherwise would have never notified on our own. He was very accommodating (we had our 15 month old toddler with us) and paced the tour based on our desires. Highly, highly, highly recommend hiring a guide for any MA tours, but especially recommend Oscar - our experience was phenomenal!

Oscar was the most knowledgeable guide that we had in Costa Rica. We not only saw many of the amazing Costa Rican birds, we also learned all about their habits and what they mean to the country. Oscar knew all of the best spots and we saw both Toucans, Macaws, multiple types of hummingbirds, raptors like the Caracara, Kingfishers etc. We also went to an amazing breakfast spot where birds flocked to where we had a typical Costa Rican breakfast. It’s an early morning but if you want to see wildlife this is the #1 tour to do!
